Please understand when indicating a preferred date it does not mean that we will reserve that date for you. Dates are booked on a first contract basis and there is always a possibility that your preferred date may book before your scheduled tour. If and when this happens we will notify you before your scheduled tour.
We encourage you to please invite anyone to attend your private tour that wishes, or that you wish, to see the venue. We understand that sometimes lots of people are involved in the decision making before the contract is signed. We allow up to 10 people to attend the tour. We just ask that the group stays together so we can effectively cover all aspects of the tour and answer any questions.
